Lisa Pollard, also known as Saxlady, has thrilled and
delighted audiences around the world, playing with such luminaries as Duke Ellington, Mercer
Ellington, Ray Brown, Benny Green, Red Holloway, Grady Tate,
and Jessica Williams.
A versatile tenor sax player and accomplished band leader, Lisa enlivens the
San Francisco music scene with her diverse activities and still finds time to teach master classes and perform in Germany and Italy.

Johnny Coppola
is a big band legend, a professional by the age of 13! Over his
career, John played with the jazz luminaries, including Charlie Barnet, Stan
Kenton, Billy May, Woody Herman, Henry Mancini, Gerald Wilson, Dizzy
Gillespie, Nelson Riddle, Nat Cole and Frank Sinatra. John is
a sought-after improviser, leader, and arranger who has to be heard to

Vince
Lateano is a Drum Clinician for the Montery Jazz
festival and has recorded with an array of major
artists, including Stan Getz, Dizzy Gillespie, Carmen
McRae, and Cal Tjader. A veteran of the Woody Herman
Band, Vince now performs with various groups in the San
Francisco Bay area and plays regularly at Jazz at
Pearl's. |
| Morning
& Jim Nichols are two San Francisco based
musicians known for their versatility and mastery of
their art. They have been performing together in many
settings since 1982. Morning is an attractive and
vivacious song stylist. Jim's impressive guitar credentials
include appearances on television, radio,
concert halls and clubs including Carnegie Hall and the
Tonight Show. |
